This is a good guy. He’s the judge who has been ordering the government to cooperate with Judicial Watch, if I’m not mistaken. He’ll probably dismiss the case, due to Flynn having no lawyer present when he was “interviewed”.

My bet is that it is “random,” but the only choices are RAT (White, Black, Asian or Hispanic). Appointed by Carter, Clinton or Obola!

Careful, fellows, be advised that even though Judge Sullivan was appointed by Clinton, he is not a partisan hack. He's agreed with nearly all of Judicial Watch's filings about Hillary Clinton's email server. Do your homework before judging.
