It's worth noting that the DOJ IG, Michael E. Horowitz, going all the way back to August, must have know about the exculpatory evidence. And he too didn't stop the Flynn prosecution.

This judge is a member of the FISA court and likely issued a FISA warrant to electronically monitor the Trump campaign.

He likely wants to disassociate himself with this case before the FISA application and warrant are viewed by the Judiciary Committee. The swamp is big and it is deep.

His replacement (Sullivan) is a ball buster and has been instrumental in making sure FOIA requests are fulfilled.

The entire Mueller “investigation” (read: provide a fig leaf for the Establishment Coup via impeachment...read: Treason) is crumbling before our eyes.

So the judge is escaping from the case to avoid doing what the judge replacing him cannot do? Or, can the new judge, with that same information, declare a mistrial, after the fact, because of that information? And who has the information and and can give the information to the judge, Flynn’s lawyers?
