Hillary was neither negligent nor careless.

It was a calculated move to hide the pay-for-play of The Clinton Foundation and her other antics.

Then, she and her goons destroyed evidence of their crimes; multiple times.

Those that covered for her are complicit in those crimes.

His response sounds very rehearsed. If so, it shows that he came into the hearing wanting and planning to defend Strzok and Comey.
