I never said he was foreign born. I used his own account of events and used the laws in place at the time.

The act of changing to a British Commonwealth citizen wouldn’t have occurred until later.

By doing nothing he became a Commonwealth Citizen on Jan 1, 1983.

I understand. I was referring to the actions prior to that date of which he was a Kenyan citizen waiting for his decision at 23 years old.
