All that history you are sorting through...good newspaper front page.
Maybe I’ll get some sleep tonight...the last 2 have been 2am.
And I can feel the ZZZZ monster trying to sneak up on me.
Yes, wet is wet and y’all need wet!
We needed it, too, and were glad we didn’t get ripped off this time. It happens so often to us.
The uniforms are primarily dusty and many have a lot of lint on them. They’ve been in that building in MS for who knows how long? They look good once they’ve been gone over with the lint brush. There are some that are a little stained but not badly.
It’s easy to understand your being unnerved about checking on her. Not an easy time not knowing what will happen from one check-in to the next.
And thanks to Bill for his service to our country.
There are a LOT of newspapers and I’ve only seen a couple of them. That one happened to be on top of a stack and I snapped the pic.
So much history to sort through and it’s going to take a while to sort through it all. It’ll be an interesting time!
Let that ZZZZ monster take control. LOL! You could use a good night’s sleep after the last two nights of next-to-none.
I think I’ll try to go to sleep. Didn’t do too well last night. I finally had to move the monitor into the living room. I don’t know which is more sleep depriving...her wanting help all the time or the silence except the sound of the oxygen condensor.
So....see ya tomorrow night. Or if I absolutely can’t sleep and an come back on. LOL!
Good evening, xrmusn...an important date in our history that MUST be kept “alive”. For sure!!
I hope you’re able to sleep tonight. It’s been a stressful time.
But if you can’t, I’ll be around a little while. Won’t be up til sunrise since I got up early this morning but it’s not quite sleepy time yet. :-)
But I hope you’re able to sleep. You need it.
Never heard that version before, but I like it.
My dad was also a member of that generation. He served on a submarine and is now on eternal patrol.
Good evening, Luv...
Terrific graphic. We will never forget.
Good evening, Ciexyz, and thanks for sharing.
The Day of Infamy....thanks, Mac.
WOOHOO!!
my.....#50!!
radu.....#100!!
((HUGS))Good morning, Ladies. How's it going?
Hold her hand, stroke her arm gently, tell her you love her, and tell her it is ok to go. She is ready. You will find yourself watching for the next breath. So glad you have the meds and hospice.
I know the signs...I tried to get a suction machine...”you need a prescription from the doctor”. *sigh* One of us sat with her 24/7...Suzye TOLD her NOT to swallow. We would take of it.
Prayers of peace for all of you continue...((HUGS))
Glad you are getting rain.
Evening, Kathy. Pearl Harbor was the “9/11” of that era. Thanks for preserving the memory.
