I have my concerns, primarily regarding state's rights to decide for themselves. The 2nd Amendment is NOT a “States Rights” issue. It’s baked right into the Constitution.

The 2nd Amendment, like the rest of the Bill of Rights, were defined limitations of delegated authority to the newly established federal government.
