Are there any rules for states like NY that restricts magazine capacity? Would so called high capacity guns that are legal in a home state be legal in NY? I would love to see the Safe Act get crushed.
There is no general Federal police power that would make a law voiding the (stupid and reckless) NY SAFE Act constitutional.
