San Antonio Police Department Sgt. Robert Perez said the teens, ages 14 and 15, met two men in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 8500 block of Ahern Drive, across the street from North Star Mall. The teens had met the seller using Offerup, a smartphone application used to buy and sell items, and arranged to buy the necklace, police said. Police said it appeared that the teens tried to steal a necklace that they had agreed to buy over an app and the seller's passenger shot them. Perez said. “There’s no reason to meet in a secluded area where it’s dark. You’re just taking your own safety at risk.”

Cops may want to check the citizenship status of all involved.

And have a talk with the Hispanic dude who can hardly walk due to his butt hanging out of his pants. You know he's up to something.

Well sure he was up to something. He was obviously in the middle of taking a dump and intends to return soon.

Why do I think both groups were planning to rob each other? Just a hunch.

“Meet at the police station,” Perez said. “There’s no reason to meet in a secluded area where it’s dark. You’re just taking your own safety at risk.”

Now, how you gonna rob somebody at the police station? Fool!

If I was going to buy something from a complete stranger, I will not meet in a dark place. Matter of fact, I don’t trust those apps to sell used items...(was it stolen?)
