It's always bothered me that Flynn supposedly lied to the FBI about something he had no need to lie about.

Was he under oath at the time?

According to Rush on today's show McCabe called Flynn and informed him that 2 agents were coming over and that Flynn assumed that it was part of ongoing training for the transition.

Next thing he knows he's being questioned without his attorney present.

Since the FBI do not record or video interrogations was it "Well, there's 2 of us and we say that you said such and such?

Why didn't Flynn call his attorney?
