SAN LEANDRO (KPIX 5) Two East Bay teenagers have been arrested for killing a man over an iPhone X.
The victim: Danny Carlos, a 32-year-old father from Redwood City.
The deal started on the letgo app. What was supposed to be a quick sale turned into a robbery and eventually murder.
Danny was doing everything right in regards to using the app, said Alameda County Sheriffs Department Sgt. Ray Kelly. ....
They got search warrants for the letgo servers and found out who Carlos was communicating with on the app.
That led detectives to 18-year-old Jordan Patton and 18-year-old Marcus Fortune. Both graduated from San Leandro High School in May.

Need I ask?
Well, at least they had a good reason and not some trivial one...
Vile, lying enemedia scum term "teens" in the headline... no need to ask.
More than likely, I would say no, you dont.
You know the answer.
Hell, when we play GTR around the office we’re 99.5% correct.
“18-year-old Jordan Patton and 18-year-old Marcus Fortune”.....
Let me guess.
Good thing they are in a sanctuary city even though their names don’t indicate they are “illegals”.
I hope it was an Iphone 10
As usual in the Gay Frisco area, no photos.
Here’s a little quiz for you. Who said this quote from the article:
Its pretty sad that we have two young people just starting out their lives, involved in what ultimately becomes a murder-robbery.
A. The mother of one of the suspects.
B. A lawyer for one of the suspects.
C. A spokesman for the Alameda County sheriff’s office.
I would have guessed A or B. The answer is C. The two murderers were just starting out their lives. Then they got “involved” in a crime. Thank goodness my local sheriff doesn’t talk that way.
18 year old is old enough to be drafted. They should be tried as adults. Unless of course they are illegal migrants, then they are innocent. It s a Frisco thing.
When these people responsible for this look back on it over time theyre going to realize wow, I took another persons life for a phone.

Doubt that. These beasts are morally void. They have no moral center. These losers are pure evil.
Sad. Another case of “Gibs me dat” that ends in murder.
These “teens” set a price on a life.
Iphone X is now the new Nike shoe. Can I automatically assume ferals?
There are photos in the video at the link.
> These beasts are morally void. <
Yep. And that’s something the average person has trouble processing. A number of years ago I watched a documentary where some reporter interviewed convicted murderers in prison.
None of them took any personal responsibility. It was ALWAYS the victim’s fault. A man who murdered his wife: She shouldn’t have back-talked me. A man who murdered a store clerk: He should have handed the money over quicker. That sort of thing.
They guy who killed the clerk even said that he (the murderer) was the real victim. He was sitting in prison only because that stupid clerk was too slow.
Although the police acted quickly to nail the two ferals, the quote by the police sergeant was surprising in its absence of morality: Its pretty sad that we have two young people just starting out their lives, involved in what ultimately becomes a murder-robbery, Kelly said.
Yeah ... that's the "sad" part.
Imagine being a family member of the murder victim.
On top of your suffering, you need to endure “law enforcement” lamenting the burdens of your family member’s killers.
When I was in the military, the guy in the dorm room across from mine was arrested for running a child porn BBS server.
I made the mistake of saying “that sucks” in the presence of the first sergeant. His response: “No it doesn’t. That piece of sh*t deserves everything he had coming to him.”
Of course I meant that it sucked that he threw his life away, but I wasn’t going to correct the first shirt. haha
