We are not talking about a court of law, this is about a congress that turns a blind eye to, and participates in, all kinds of unconstitutional activities. The crime flynn has already plead guilty to will be enough. Opinions may vary, but the end result will tell all.

But the only crime he admitted to was lying. If you tell the FBI that you had eggs for breakfast because you are afraid they’ll tell your wife if you admit to having a doughnut, but it turns out they have proof you had a doughnut for breakfast, you would be guilty of the EXACT same crime to which he admitted guilt.
