Yeah, the establishment GOP’s Senate financial committee (and their allies) spent over 30 million dollars in the Alabama primary & runoff in their unsuccessful attempt to stop non-Swampster Roy Moore. So they’re likely somewhat depleted.

It probably didn’t help spending $30M on Luther Strange, along with other STUPID stuff they’ve done. That $30M would be very handy for Roy Moore right now or would have been very useful next year. It would be REALLY, REALLY, nice if they would spend at least some of that money to try to win against Democrats, rather than defeat Republicans who support Trump.
