Laurence Tubiana is C.E.O. of the European Climate Foundation and a professor at Sciences Po, in Paris. She was appointed the French ambassador to the 2015 COP21 climate change conference, where she was a key architect of the landmark Paris agreement.
Joseph Goebbels was a German Nazi politician and Reich Minister of Propaganda of Nazi Germany from 1933 to 1945.

But 75 percent of Pittsburghers voted for Hillary Clinton... This is more of an indictment of the people of Pittsburgh than a vote for the Paris accord.
