I figured y’all must have been having a good time when we didn’t “see” ya last evening. Hope the car sells quickly.

You’ll have sunshine and we’re getting clouds, though our temp will be pretty warm tomorrow. THEN we cool off. High clouds started moving in today but we could still see the moon come up this evening.

A good Sunday? Well, nothing bad happened so I reckon it was. Just wasn’t a lot of fun. Litter box scrubbing day. One at a time, take them out to scrub them with soap and bleach. I can think of a lot more enjoyable ways to spend the day. LOL!

Oh yeah, sounds like fun, LOL.

I'm afraid to ask how many litter boxes!

The moon is beautiful tonight, we'll have ice on the windshields in the AM but will warm into the mid 40's.

Good evening, radu...freezing rain on the deck when I threw corn out for the ducks. The weather looks horrible for the next 10 days or so.

Have you got any rain in sight?

It was a blast. NOT!

There are 6 boxes but only two are standard litter boxes. The other 4 are Rubbermaid storage tubs like you'd put clothes in to store under the bed. Hey, it works. LOL!

They're saying we'll get up to around 70 tomorrow, but it'll be windy so it won't feel that warm. There's already a little breeze blowing tonight.
70 tomorrow, mid 50s Tues., then around 40 for the next few days with lows in the low 20s. There'll be plenty of frosty windshields then. brrrrrrr

The moon's been gorgeous the last two nights and I snapped a bunch of pix. A few were keepers and there was a fave from each night. I snapped this one last night through the branches of a tree. The light reflecting on the edges of the twigs made them look iced over but they weren't.

This one was this evening as the moon rose behind our woods.

Work does take up a lot of time....and 60 hour weeks are rough.

Have fun with your tree next week.

YUCK! Freezing rain sux! It’s going to be an adventure going to work in the morning. :-(
Is it supposed to be freezing rain the whole 10 days or will it change to snow at some point?

We’re supposed to get a decent rain Wed. but we’ll see how that works out. We get our hopes up only to have them dashed far too often. Rain is desperately needed here right now.

Should be 4 of us on Monday. Cora managed half days on Thursday and Friday, so should be doing better after the weekend for more rest. But, just half days lightens the load a lot as she knows her units and their problems.

Hi, there, radu!

it was a good day.....but a lousy night last night! I finally took half a benadryl for my sneezing and coughing and crashed. I was groggy all day, but took a really nice nap this afternoon.

Dulcie is about the same. We had the nurse come check her out because of the confusion she’s been having. Her vitals were strong, and there is no indication of a UTI, which had caused her to be confused in the hospital because it dropped her potassium too low. She’s been on a potassium pill since then.

We’re supposed to get a frozen mix on Wed. believe it or not!

Not holding my breath! LOL! Hope NOT, because Dulcie has a doc appt that morning! Lousy timing!

I know you’re relieved to not have another 2-person pay week! It’ll be nice if Cora is able to work full days this week but half-days are better than her not being there at all.

Bummer your allergies are still giving you so much grief. We still have a little trouble with them here but nothing like during summer.
I hope your nap helped perk you up for the rest of the day.

Glad Dulcie doesn’t seem to have a UTI and that her vitals check out well. I know it’s been worrisome for y’all with her being confused lately.

Eeek! Frozen mix? That won’t be fun!
They’re just saying rain for us and I thought it was coming Wed. It’ll be here Tuesday. Looks like I’ll be bringing Holli and Sophie home from the vet that afternoon in heavy rain.

Oh well, better than bringing them home in snow or sleet.

I’m glad you won’t have to bring them home in really icky weather. I hope you get the rain....y’all need it nearly as badly as we do! If we got some, maybe the allergies would finally go away for a while. LOL!

I hope you don’t have problems with Holli or Sophie like you did with Willow!

It could be icky enough with heavy rain. The map they showed this evening showed most of TN will get around an inch of rain. There was one purple spot on the map that means at least 2 inches and it was sitting on our area.
We’ll take it! LOL!

It should help clear the air a lot. It’s been dusty the past few weeks due to harvesting and now fall planting.

I was thinking about Willow’s behavior a little while ago and hoping the same thing ... that we don’t have a repeat with Holli or Sophie this week.
