NORTH Korea better be watching its back today as thousands of US troops and 230 warplanes descend on Kim Jong-un’s doorstep.

Vigilant Ace – a massive joint war games – kicks off today as the US and South Korea rehearse for battle with Pyongyang.

Hundreds of aircraft and thousands of soldiers and airmen are taking part in the drill, which is one of the biggest ever of its kind.

US and South Korean forces will be rehearsing for a full-scale war with North Korea.

Nuclear fears have reignited as Kim fired his latest missile last week – his biggest and most powerful yet, the Hwasong-15.

And there now fears Kim could be readying the dreaded Juche Bird, his most shocking weapons test to date. US President Donald Trump will be looking to flex his muscles as he dispatches his most deadly fighter planes to ready for war in Vigilant Ace.

Let's just remember what President Trump has said from Day One.

IMOW...We're not giving out any of our plans.

My gut tells me that, unlike his predecessors, Trump will NOT leave the problem with NK festering for a future POTUS.

“While I personally want to believe these are acts of posturing, the less blinded I become the more it seems a new war on the Korean peninsula is likely. Prayers for their people and our troops.”

Actually, I hope they are meaningful preparations for war. For more than a half-century, we have, by reason of electing a feckless list of presidents, dropped this nuclear turd on President Trump’s plate. He really has no options. He cannot, in good conscience, let NK continue on the course it has set. He cannot allow NK to set up multiple ICBM’s addressed to cities in the United States. It would be dereliction of duty (something all the presidents before him should have considered, but didn’t) not to have a permanent solution which has as it’s cornerstone, no nukes and no missiles in NK, period!

TODAY

Sensationalist reporting.

This a planned, routine exercise.

“And there now fears Kim could be readying the dreaded Juche Bird, his most shocking weapons test to date.”

Juche Bird refers to a NOKO open-air nuclear test - supposedly in the Pacific.

Yes, it's an exercise.

Who knows what the real thing would involve, except the generals who are planning for it?

Could be the next Desert Storm, except with nukes, or it could be as small an action as one bullet from a Chinese Tokarev thru Rocket Man's brain while he sleeps, and then all the Norks sing their version of "The Witch Is Dead" and throw a big party, with catered Chinese food. Real food.

Or somewhere in between... This sounds like maybe a test run for something realistic like the former, maybe a show of force for the benefit of the Norks, all of them.

When Seoul South Korea is evacuated or at least norther Seoul then you will know things are getting real. I am still hoping China can curb their dog.

All their recent launches have been via mobile launchers and require no outdoor prep. They can drive out some random hole in the ground deep in the mountains and launch in minutes. Even with all their leadership dead, they can be programmed to attack. No way to stop 100% unless you nuke every square mile of NK earth in one shot. And release vast clouds of fallout

Oh, and they’ve also successfully tested submarine based missiles.

All thanks to decades of idiot appeasers who didnt take them seriously until too late.

I believe they still have not been able to miniaturize a warhead enough. Kim is no doubt pushing to perform a full nuclear missile test but so far has not. The time to act is now before that happens
