At that age they should be drinking Whole Milk to build strong Bones. (At least that’s what the Commercials used to say) LOL

Strong bones and good minds...Michelle's menu of 'healthy foods' was far from the good calories needed for wide awake learning and exercise building strong bones...like the feminists not doing anything about Bill Clinton's dalliances the same progressives did nothing about Michelle's rotten school lunches because it was Michelle and she is black.
When my kids were growing up the first thing I put into my supermarket cart were three gallons of milk, one for each of them. To this day, as adults, they're strong and healthy, and I attribute that (at least partially, genetics aside) to the fact that I never succumbed to any of the diet fads while they were young.
Some fat is needed to make the calcium in milk bioavailable. Otherwise there is some calcium absorption problem. But then Moochelle is an expert on child nutrition. Just as Elena Ceaucescu was an expert on polymers.
