Not racism. It was a middle finger at Trump. Good luck finding anyone in the judicial area of that court who was even neutral with regards to politics.
You are totally correct in my opinion. This was meant to happen from the Mayor and through to the DA’s office. The prosecutors had no desire for a conviction to stick this in Trump’s eye. Not that any of the people in that city would not fantasize over, but they are going to get it so badly that K-Y will be no help.
