Per Andrew McCarthy, Flynn did NOT violate the Logan Act.

Again, nothing wrong with loose talk. That’s not what happened.

The Russians acted upon a request by Flynn, that was contrary to Obama’s UN sanctions, before Trump was sworn in.

It’s all about the timing.

Everyone....I agree with what Flynn did, it was the right thing.....just at the wrong time.

I also saw reported somewhere that Flynn somehow has to testify, per the plea agreement, to give testimony or evidence that leads to a "successful prosecution", an outcome that he couldn't possibly guarantee and actually does not appear in his plea agreement.
