let me remind you that you are under oath and DO have the right to remain completely and totally silent because ANYTHING you say can and most likely, sooner or later, IS GOING TO BE USED AGAINST YOU in court of law.

You are NOT under oath when interviewed by the FBI or any other law enforcement agency. Whatever law was passed, and whenever, to make it a crime to lie to the FBI is blatantly unconstitutional because it turns our 5th Amendment protection against self-incrimination upside down. So yes, if you are ever in a situation where law enforcement wants to interview you, say absolutely nothing except to ask for a lawyer to represent you.
