IMO the important question not being asked is how the FBI came to know that Flynn was lying about what was discussed on a phone call with the Russian ambassador?
If Flynn really contacted the ambassador and then later lied about it, then he's dumb as a bag of rocks and never should have had sufficient security credentials to cash a $20 personal check.
...and something I note about the news...every time we hear something from “sources,” some lawyer from Mueller’s staff is BREAKING THE LAW.
