Actually in regards to Corker's trigger, no it does not matter. The supreme court ruled it void.

yep. the nuevo philosophy of the Nuevo Republican Party: “Just Pass A Bill, It Doesn’t Matter What’s In It”, very similar to the Dem Party Philosophy: “You Have to Pass The Bill Before You Can See What’s In It”.

In fact, I don’t see that much difference between the two parties in that respect ...
