I think for all intent and purposes, DACA is dead. Because even rank and file liberals at a gut level know this verdict stinks.

An MS 13 member from El Salvador had been deported 5 times and after a minor traffic altercation guns down the entire family of a woman:
She had stayed at home while the rest of her family went out to retrieve a takeout pizza; 1 hour she had absolutely everything the next had nothing and was utterly alone.
San Francisco had bent head over heels to shield him, he had absolutely no business being in the country and was a very hardened Criminal.
basically the city of San Francisco killed her whole family.
The perp is free BECAUSE his victim was white and he is brown.
There is NO chance this SF jury would have risked certain race violence had Kate been black and the perp white.
The verdict is consistent with liberal values—all minorities are supreme over whites.

From the PURELY POLITICAL STATEMENTS of the City of San Francisco “Defense” lawyers IMMEDIATELY following this gross miscarriage of justice verdict, it is clear this case was intended to send a purely anti-American, anti-conservative, and anti-Trump MESSAGE!
There was blatantly more wrong with this criminal case and verdict, than with the OJ Simpson case!
The defense lawyers could not wait to get to the microphones to WARN/THREATEN Trump, right out of the courtroom...
After the curt plastic “token” condolence from the lead CITY (SF) attorney, it was no holds barred Trump SLAM, and warnings/threats made toward Trump from both of these guys, WHO ALSO placed blame on Trump for politicizing the case. It was total disregard to the fact a beautiful young woman had been killed! by a illegal multi-felon.
Forget the fact, if this original crime had not been committed, Trump would not have brought this particular case up! Trump did not commit this heinous crime! Yet these SF lawyers decided to make the case all about Trump! They truly politicized this case! Trump came along after the fact, period!
A few moments later, during a brief FOX News interview on the street, the lead defense lawyer actually answered “I FEEL GOOD”, in reference to the outcome of the case.
This is one of those situations, if you win, you hold your tongue.

This was absolute IN YOUR FACE, to the grieving Steinle family and to America and Trump!
Every detail about this shooting (murder) was stunningly and willfully criminal!
That there was not even a “manslaughter” charge, means the jury was hopelessly ignorant, and or incapable of recognizing wrong and the law, or involved in sending an immoral message to the America’s electorate and Trump!

*It was originally reported, this killer felon originally told authorities he had been shooting seals in the water, but changed his story after being picked up!
*This illegal killer felon later changed his story to, he happened upon a loaded gun, rapped in a rag/towel, PICKED IT UP (ILLEGAL FOR A FELON), AND (even though we all know the trigger had to be pulled), IT JUST HAPPENED TO GO OFF, shooting in the direction of the girl killed!
*The illegal killer felon kicked the hand gun into the water! Later dredged out by divers.

If I had “picked up a gun”, pointed it in the direction of people and pulled the trigger, I, would likely get MURDER 1!
It is absolutely legally meaningless, if I accidently shoot someone I DO NOT KNOW, after pointing the gun in their direction and pull the trigger!
Even if an accident, I still had to pull the trigger, and still had to have the gun pointed in their direction!

If I accidently killed someone with a vehicle, regardless if I was driving DUI, it would be “MANSLAUGHTER”.
