Trump must act. Be bold and close every military base in California as a “cost saving measure” California wants to become part of Mexico—let em go.

I am NO fan of Trumps twitter antics, but this time it was needed. I needed to know that POTUS was angry as I and millions of others are. Thank you President Trump.

There has been talk over years about the jury of peers not being efficient and the introduction of a schooled jury or professional jury.
The use of a jury of peers is absolutely the best method, but the problem is that we don't get juries of our peers anymore. Heck, perhaps a real question is: do we even have a country of peers anymore? How can they be peers when they might not even speak your language, or share your culture, or, for that matter, your race, in situations where races are in conflict?
When you have a country where everyone is an American, and everyone's loyalty is to the USA, and to their immediate community, you can truly have a jury of peers because you can pick 12 people from the community who operate on the same standards as the accused and accusers, and will deliberate accordingly. But when you have what we have now, a mish-mash of various nationalities even in the smallest towns, with each distinct group jockeying for its own benefit at the expense of the others, you cannot get a jury of 12 people who are judging anything by the same standard, and, in fact, the lawyers are looking to stack the jury with members who will vote in accordance with their group identity, rather than in accordance with any real standard of justice.
In this case, there were, no doubt, a number of jury members whose priority was not justice for a crime, but the pursuit of some political end, beneficial to whichever group they consider themselves to be a member. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me to find out that the jury members set this bastard free simply to say screw you to Trump, and to all white people, just as the OJ jury did.

Do not leave out our crooked justice system either. And this goes all the way up to the Federal level. Our justice system lets us down time after time by not going after the real criminals out there when they commit in your face crimes.
I can name a dozen or so untouchables that have been elected and committed heinous crimes and treason against our Country that still walk among the law abiding population. The majority of Americans have demanded justice and have put a President in office that promised to deliver that justice. Since that election we have been dealt a sheep at the helm of DOJ that recuses himself to protect the guilty, his friends and colleagues.
So when will be see justice? When we deliver it ourselves.

Hes been deported 6 times. Make him do enough time on the felony gun charge to get the wall built. Yeah that wall is going to get him out of this country and us feeding him is going to pay for it.
I say put a bounty, dead or alive, on each and every illegal grass crawling invader in this country and say game on to the the LEGAL American Citizen that wants to participate.
Watch the grass crawling stinking rats come out of the shadows and head for the border or nearest airport to get the hell out.

Hey the illegal immigrant found not guilty needs to be deported.
And he should be given an attempt to escape by the feds , while being deported.

That would assume that the sentencing judge isnt a whacked-out California Leftist out to make an anti-Trump statement. Not a bet I would make.

Kill a white person. Make it look like an accident. No big deal ....
That’s the world we live in right now.
To: bryan999
Actions speak louder than words. In this case, since this killer has returned to the US multiple times, there is a good chance he will do so again.
President Trump should indirectly issue a directive to ICE and the US intelligence community, that if they detect him returning to the US again, that he be arrested on *federal* charges, and removed from the jurisdiction of California and the 9th Circuit for criminal trial.
And throw the book at him.

Please understand that President Trump is only 1/3 of the Government. He cannot overrule everything! We have Civics 101 to understand how this works!
The murderer is going to be deported. Sad, that Judge did not overrule any jury, who would allow this guy to go free. That is what should have happened. Everyone thinks JUDGE is most powerful in courtroom, but actually the DA sets the Judges calendar for cases, so he has ability to somewhat control the Judges agenda.
We have 3 branches: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial.
Each is bound by Constitution, Bill of Rights, and cannot assume the other branches powers.

Cali jurors would rather turn a murderer loose onto their own streets to spite Trump than to admit he’s right about illegals. If it wasn’t for a Neck Remote Unit living in SF area I’d say let them bear the consequences until they see the light.
