The blue states are in open rebellion to the Trump admin and what’s left of the rule of law. Scary to watch how politicized the courts have become. Not good. Not good at all.

There has been talk over years about the jury of peers not being efficient and the introduction of a schooled jury or professional jury. At first I thought that would be a bad idea, but after this and the Menendez fiasco, I think now that plan should be researched.
Very depressing.
This actually makes me as angry as I was over JEB BUSH and his fumbling, if not downright INCOMPETENCE, in the Terri Schaivo case! Aarrgghh!

It’s California. They no longer follow the Constitution. It’s going to have to be invaded from the East, re-conquered, and missionaries sent in to convert the barbarians to Christianity.

The DNC probably just sent out faxes to the agitators not to hold rallies or send out tweets supporting the verdict.
I think for all intent and purposes, DACA is dead. Because even rank and file liberals at a gut level know this verdict stinks.
I am fully against California seceding from the Union, because I think it should be expelled. I hate that State.

As I understand it, the jury was not allowed to hear about his multiple felonies OR deportations. I doubt they even knew he was illegal.
And passing the gun around to the jurors was probably a bad event - it’s possible none of them have even held a gun - so they would hold a big scary gun and wrongly think, “Well of course I see that this could just fire itself!”

He didn't point the gun at Ms. Steinle...That would have been illegal...The gun fired itself and the bullet must have hit something that allowed it to ricochet and find its way to Ms. Steinle...So they say...
7 years ago there was a similar but even more egregious case:
An MS 13 member from El Salvador had been deported 5 times and after a minor traffic altercation guns down the entire family of a woman:
She had stayed at home while the rest of her family went out to retrieve a takeout pizza; 1 hour she had absolutely everything the next had nothing and was utterly alone.
San Francisco had bent head over heels to shield him, he had absolutely no business being in the country and was a very hardened Criminal.
basically the city of San Francisco killed her whole family.
The perp is free BECAUSE his victim was white and he is brown.
There is NO chance this SF jury would have risked certain race violence had Kate been black and the perp white.

The Union Congress illegally unnaturalized the country after WBTS. All so called naturalization laws after 1870 are really UnNaturalization.
The verdict is consistent with liberal values—all minorities are supreme over whites.

He showcased this case during his campaign.
The jury’s verdict in PC-hell San Francisco was a slam against Trump.
Better to let a murderer go to “punish” Trump, right?
