Other than with, perhaps, major importers of the stuff I think this should be a state matter. The Fed has much more important stuff to deal with and spend our money on.
It’s the major exporters, ie Cartels, that are beginning to feel the pinch of losing all that tax free money. Especially when California goes on line, since they found it easier to grow and ship from there instead of smuggling it across the border.

We should just declare the WOD a draw and let it go the States, which is where it always belonged.
We have wasted BILLIONS on drug enforcement, not to mention the lives lost or ruined. If we were to legalize MJ and other drugs we could repurpose those billions. Countless lives and treasure would be preserved and a huge criminal element removed.
