Woman bites piece of pinky, swallows it during fight

A fight in Louisville, Kentucky takes a stomach-turning twist when a woman is accused of biting off a piece of another woman's finger and then swallowing it.
Heather Mohr pleaded not guilty to assault in court Monday.
The victim's sister says it all started with a fight outside of a treatment center. She claims Mohr attacked her sister and then bit off a chunk of her pinky.
The witness says she saw the woman chew up the finger, swallow it and wipe her mouth like it wasn't a big deal.
Police say the victim and her 32-year-old attacker have a history of confrontations.
