No saving the world, he was hitting the books studying big time most all day and I was doing other things.

He got another car, perhaps I mentioned it before, a 2002 Honda Accord, so we're looking into selling his old car now.

I'm getting up early so I wish you a good night!

Your Life is a Cult Classic

Quirky, offbeat, and even a little campy - your life appeals to a select few. But if someone's obsessed with you, look out! Your fans are downright freaky.

Your best movie matches: Office Space, Showgirls, The Big Lebowski

Hi, Mr. P! Well, they got the “classic” part right anyhow!

I just spent the last 4 hours watching the Metropolitan Opera's 1986 production of Wagner's "Lohengrin" on DVD.

Definitely classic and cult-like.

Wow! That was practically a marathon! I guess it’s a great way to relieve stress, if your job even causes any!

It is still hot in Phoenix?

Red Morning from the Met production of "Lohengrin."

It's an orchestral interlude in the middle of Act 3 to work around a scenery change. It ends with the tenors of the chorus hitting a high C.

No, it cooled off. High in the 70s. Then 60s and maybe even rain by the weekend.

Hope I made it back while you’re still awake.

Willow is MOST unhappy tonight. She’s still snappy. Poor little girlie just doesn’t feel good. :-(

I wondered if he had a break and was able to just hang out.
It’s good that he has a place to study without the distractions of that lil wild man and the other pooches.

If you’d mentioned he finally got another car, I missed it. Glad he found something and I hope it behaves itself. Don’t need more repair bills! The old car ate up enough $$$.

I’m still here. I’m not as sleepy tonight as I was last night, Thank goodness! Going to bed early is hard! I get ready, turn the light out, put my head on the pillow and *blink*! My eyes pop open and they won’t close and my brain won’t shut down. LOL!

Poor little Willow. I sure hope she feels better tomorrow. I saw in your post to PRO that you had let her sleep on a heating pad. Does that seem to be helping? Did they give you pain meds? Sounds like she could use them. :/

Sounds like today wasn’t quite as tiring for you. That’s good.
I know what you mean about trying to go to sleep early not being easy. I have the same problem and will have to deal with it tonight. I have to get up early to get things done so I can head up to the museum as early as possible.

Willow slept on the heating pad for a little while, then moved off of it.
I could have had them give her a shot for pain but opted not to. I did that with Lessa and she was running all over the house the night she came home from being spayed. It wore off by the next day and she was miserable from overdoing it. Hurting keeps them from getting wild and that’s what they need. But if Willow still behaves like this tomorrow when I wake up, I’ll pass on the museum in order to make an appointment to take her in for a shot.

She’s eating well so I get the feeling her snarliness is more anger than pain though. We’ll see.

I think you have found out that Willow holds a grudge! LOL! You may never get her into a carrier again without extreme measures.

I hope you get to go to the museum even though it means an early rising. Good luck with getting to sleep.

Hey, Sis! Yay! You got here!

For some reason I thought you didn’t have to work late on this new job! It’s good to see you, though! How’s the furball doing?
