Although rare, sometimes it’s simply BETTER to have a Democrat sitting a particular House seat, than a ‘Republican’ who wants to give the Democrats a permanent electoral majority.

Same holds true with Paul Ryan. It’s better to give the Dems that seat too, if it means getting rid of Ryan.
