Wouldn’t it be easier to cut everything by 25% across the board, don’t touch anything else, monitor it for a year and then tweak it?

36% goes to 27%, 30% goes to 22.5% and so on. This way, everyone gets a cut, no one can bitch and whine about it since nothing else was touched.

And pay for it with the 900 billion Obamacare slush fund.

Could this be part of the plan? Pass no budget and continue with the slush fund. When there was no budget passed for all of the Obama administration, the “continuing resolution”just kept renewing the so-called stimulus and everything else at a slight increase in percent. Where did all that money go? Most people think that the 900+ billion was a one-time thing.
