There are mirrors that are one way. From one side you can see through it. From the other side it’s a mirror. Someone should come up with glass that’s one way bullet. One side is bullet proof. The good guy side isn’t.
Yes, she wants them to leave the area bc a significant portion of the residents stay drunk on the cheap booze they peddle.

For what reason? To protect their constituency? Well to them, I guess robbers have rights too else how will they survive, pay rent, send kids to school, pay their ex-wives?
Stupid councilwoman Cindy Bass. So they should take down the metal detectors and guard stations at City Hall doors because I think they're offensive to the public. Take down the bulletproof glass at police stations because they're offensive to everyone. This is the "we don't need walls at the border" mentality because it is offensive to criminals. Stupid Cindy Bass, blood will be on your hands.

I swear, I cannot believe how crazy things have gotten.
No more hinged countertops in bars to prohibit the customers from stepping behind the bar?

It's a man-trap. When I worked with the police department and visited the communications room or other facilities, you'd be allowed in one door that would lock. You're trapped between two doors in a small corridor (with cameras watching). Only if you're authorized, will you be permitted through the second door. Very effective security. They should have this at convenience stores at the front counter (separated by security glass). Go through one door, pay, and only then be able to leave through a second door. A man-trap corridor where the clerk is safely behind security glass.

Close these places and somebody will start selling cheap booze out of car trunks or living rooms. And somebody else will start robbing those sellers. And the robbers will get shot because the sellers will likely be gang members, who incidentally get there product by hi jacking trucks and burglarizing warehouses.
