Cal.) consolidated three border wall lawsuits: "The Court GRANTS the parties’ joint motion to consolidate the [cases linked below] pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a). The Court finds that this case, Case No. 17cv1215, and Case Nos. 17cv1873 & 17cv1911 share common questions of law and fact, Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a), and that the time and effort saved by consolidation will outweigh “any inconvenience, delay, or expense that it would cause,” Huene v. United States, 743 F.2d 703, 704 (9th Cir. 1984)."

Why doesn’t the Sierra Club or the Audubon Society sue the government for all those killer windmills, slaughtering birds of prey and migratory birds by the hundreds if not thousands?
Trump should instruct the Army to string concertina wire along the entire border. This could be done in a matter of days.
He can then declare The Wall complete, and we can start arguing about improving the wall.
Yeah why doesn't he do this and then man it with our military or NG? You know why? Because just like everyone else, he does not want the border sealed.
