Bingo. Kaspersky smear is one of the most shameless government lies of late.
When the story first appeared there were so many factual flaws betraying in as a lie that no person with a little background on topic could take it for real.
It doesn’t take much skills to check out.
The problem they have with Kaspersky is it blocks the government software used to spy on citizens. Unlike other software companies it is outside of US jurisdiction and can’t be threatened or bought into cooperation.
