Trump seems to have everything in hand. I am so thankful he is president!
Did yinz all have a ice Thanksgiving? Ours was very nice but eventful. Youngest son tells us he is going to propose but wants to get his own home first. Amazing!
He was also stricken by the bug that is going around. He was her Saturday and I’ll but still had so e turkey dinner.
He got a bit better after the oven caught fire and filled the apartment with billowing smoke...and flames!
Took several hours to get things cleaned up. Everything turned out OK and we had a very nice dinner.
Have to go help mrs p6 get ready for work after her 5 day vacation, lol!

I’m just now getting over the bug I got last week. It really knocked me for a loop.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Went to inlaws. She is 88 and he is 83. We all cooked at our homes and brought the food in already made. Used paper plates and sat where we wanted to eat. Little cleanup and very relaxes! Inlaws didn’t have to do a thing!
Congrats to your son! Tell him not to wait! He and gf can work together for a house, though I do admire that he wants a home to take his soon-to-be new bride to.
Oh yeah - “the bug”; Me, SIL, DIL, niece and granddaughter had our girls day out shopping trip on Saturday. DIL was - and still is - miserable. She got hit HARD. The rest of us in various stages of it except Mr. S who got a flu shot and a pneumonia shot.
Hahaha! FIRE!!!!! Glad everything turned out ok!

sneakers nailed it. Takes about three weeks. mrs p6 is into her third week and still coughing. Hope you get over it soon!
Sounds like you had a great Thanksgiving! Into their eighties and still going strong! Wonderful! Paper plates are my favorite. I am busy this morning still doing dishes. The fire was Saturday and I am going to go over the stove later today.
WE had planned for a nice quiet day as my son and his family were off to the in laws. Just as were about to eat we had kids come and we babysat while son and daughter in law went shopping...sigh..
Yup... that is what happens...LOL!
