Most of their job is probably already rototized. Their "picks" get practically delivered into their hands. They just need to box the products neatly and get them back onto the conveyor belt.

The one I worked at loaded between 1000 and 1,400 items in a 4 hour shift. I quit after 6 months to go back to driving a big rig.
