US officials puzzled by lack of North Korean missile tests
CNN ^ | Nov. 24, 2017 | Barbara Starr,

US defense and intelligence officials are growing increasingly puzzled why Kim Jong Un has not tested a ballistic missile in nearly two months. And for now, as President Donald Trump travels through Asia, it does not appear another missile test is imminent.

Officials caution all of this could change at any time and Kim could resume aggressive weapons testing -- but that would also pose the question as to why he resumed.

One of biggest worries for the US military is that the North Korean regime might live up to its threat of conducting an atmospheric nuclear test. Officials point out the regime has a track record of following through on its threats on weapons testing.

What are these people drinking or smoking?

Did it occur to them, that after President Trump was in China and China sent a special envoy to NKorea, maybe they explained a few thinks to NKorea's president?

Didn’t they have a massive explosion at their nuclear test site almost 2 months ago that killed 200 people?

Maybe that’s the problem.

A lot of testing , either real or simulated, could be happening underground.

I hope this article is far removed from things on the ground in NK.

I have paid close attention, as I am sure have many to the fact North Korea has stood down recently. They have seemed to have taken things right to the limit, but to their credit they seem to have stopped.

Don’t get them started again. Nope. As I said, I hope this is not a well-connected news source.

Well they had that (accidental? you be the judge) explosion around a nuclear facility, what, about 2 months ago? It was said to have eliminated some essential players I thought.

The article is about testing ballistic missiles.

You can run engine tests on/under the ground, but you can never fully test a ballistic missile without launches into the atmosphere.

Well, if the recent explosion did kill some important scientists, there’s trouble in it for them. Mr Kimpudge will have them killed again, this time with his favorite AA artillery.

CNN = fake news.

Therefore, I assume that “US defense and intelligence officials” have a complete picture of what’s going on in Norkland, and why Crazy Kim is keeping a low profile.

"Maybe Fat boy killed off too many scientists."

Maybe Fat boy got killed off? Could he have been with the scientists in that mountain when that explosion went off?
