There are Black Friday sales in England, where they don’t celebrate Thanksgiving?
I think even Australia and S. Africa even has these type of sales now.
I had quite the lovely Thanksgiving meal in London once. The “Whole Foods” in Kensington turned the whole market and buffet into Thanksgiving themed fare. And restaurants all over the city cater to American expats. I don’t think people realize just how pervasive and influential American culture is...all over the world!
