A 10-year-old girl was fatally struck in the chest by a bullet Thursday morning as she watched TV in her bedroom, according to San Antonio police. I’ll say it again, dust off RICO and go after these gangs tooth and nail.
Provide $25,000 rewards for information leading to a conviction.
Revamp laws that address gang activity, and triple the penalties.
charge - (if serious enough incarcerate here) - convict - incarcerate - deport
End of problem.
As for parents who don’t watch after their kids, give them three chances. Third one, the child is removed from the home.
If the little blighter can’t get his act together after that, then look for a way to keep them out of society, so they don’t infect others.
Then the parent is penalized in some manner.
If you father a child and are not doing your part to support them, then you’re butt belongs in jail also. At least you won’t be siring more children after that.
But cops are the problem.

It seems not too much law enforcement is real keen to go hard after the usual suspects.

Simpler solution: end welfare.
It’s welfare which enables underclass women to have lots of kids which they will not properly care for. How many of these women would have kids out of wedlock if they had to support them themselves from working at some minimum wage job?
How many of these women would have kids from unemployable drug dealers, rather than marrying a guy with a job (any stable job)?
Leftists like to talk about “underlying causes” for poverty. Well, the biggest underlying cause is welfare enabling women to make bad choices. And before any FReeper berates me for focusing on women, keep in mind that it only takes ONE thug to impregnate dozens of women, if they are willing to be impregnated by a thug.
BINGO! But for that we have to run the Democrat party into the ground. What would happen if most White Democrats stopped voting for Democrats? It would be like the walls of Jericho coming down.
