I totally agree with you.

An accused person has the absolute right to face his accuser, and to be considered innocent until proven guilty. This goes for all - Republicans, Democrats, BLMers, KKKers - Christians, Jews, Muslims, White Supremacists, La Raza, and so forth and so on.

Equal justice before the law.

If we do not have that, we are no better than those deluded fools in Salem Massachusetts a couple of centuries ago. I presently doubt that we are, for we haven’t been eating fungus laden rye, messing up our minds.
