Wow. A single individual can overrule the executive branch. I understand the balance of power idea but when there are thousands of “individuals” each with differing opinions from the president, those individuals can lock down all decisions that the president can make.
Not exactly balance of power and it seems that the Judicial branch has too much power.
By the time this gets to the SC, there will be more faggots and freaks joining the military. Shut it down now and remove the judge.
Instead of going the circuitous route to the SCOTUS, the easier way to handle this is for quick votes in the senate and house judiciary committees that narrow the jurisdiction of the federal judiciary, to exclude cases concerning the composition of the US military, the authority of the POTUS to set immigration policy, and likely several other areas where petty federal judges have intruded in recent years.
This would send a very powerful message to these petty tyrants that they had better watch their p’s and q’s. It would also let the SCOTUS know that they had better crack down on their subordinate judges as well.
As the creation of Congress, the federal courts do not have veto power over The executive branch and its actions. In fact the argument could be made then unless the President is breaking the law only the Supreme Court in conjunction with Congress has any real power or hope to really stop a presidents actions.
It takes two branches to overrule another. President Trump should go tell them to pack sand.
