It's hard to see what Trump gets out of this - there are far more worthy targets for the attention of the POTUS.

LaVar is a proxy for every racial huckster in America - and they know it. Trump is calling out every one of them on the culture of lies they live in, while partially immunizing himself from backlash because he has found a way to personalize the attack using a generally disliked public figure.

This is what the Left does to us all the time. Trump is giving it right back to them.

Ok as a businessman POTUS got along with him well and he did endorse POTUS in 2016 but previously endorsed Obama in the 2 previous elections.But class should really make way for gaudy and over the top when it comes with King. And to that extent POTUS sees this peon as a wannabe King.
