Anybody dealing with them will be subject to financial sanction from U.S.. That is, if they do business with these entities or people, U.S. will make sure they will be shut out of international financial system.

This is going to ‘bite’ China....they use their shipping to ‘illegally’ send product etc. into N.Korea...sanctioning those ‘shipping’ companies will tighten the knot in China’s pants.... though I think Russia’s likely to pick up some of the slack...those two are working hand in glove regarding n.Korea Imo.
