Explain to me why Trump can’t order the Department of Homeland Security to remove Haiti, El Salvador, and Honduras from the TPS list, since the Haiti earthquake, and the Central American hurricane, were like 5-10 years ago.
And explain to me why Trump can’t revoke DACA with his own Executive Order, which is what he promised to do on his first day in office.
