You may be correct, but your comment is misplaced on this thread. Pressing your body up against someone, grabbing private parts, and cavorting about nude, is far beyond "making a pass"!

Only an “unwelcomed” pass is “harassment.” Women do welcome men hitting on them if they are attracted to them and do inappropriate things ALL THE TIME in the workplace. I’ve noticed in all this debate that hasn’t been brought up once. Guys wouldn’t do this stuff if it didn’t work at least some of the time.
I don’t ever remember making a pass in an open bathrobe to an employee and I’ve probably seen more trim than most.
