[Flashback] FBI uncovered Russian bribery plot before Obama admin. approved nuclear deal with Moscow

Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.

The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.

Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin’s commercial nuclear ambitions.

The Rosenbergs were convicted of treason and executed for giving/selling the Russians the US nuclear weapons technology. Is selling the Russians 20% of US uranium supply as bad as what the Rosenbergs did and should those Obama officials involved, if found guilty, also be executed for treason? Also remember President Bill Clinton’s allowed Loral Corp. to sell to China US ICBM guidance technology. Should that have been considered a treasonous act by a sitting president? What should be the punishment, if any, for such acts?

Well, we’ve been reading news like this for years now...

How the Clintons are neck deep in clear corruption and treason and whatever else.

We’ve READ this stuff for YEARS.

And our government does NOTHING about it.
We keep reading, yet they weren’t told so how were they supposed to do anything, right?

We live in a banana republic, folks.

Apparently, Mr. Franklin, no ...we couldn’t keep it.

That is Mueller’s tactic, and if left unattended, he will investigate Trump over the hoax for the next 8 - 12 years.

I am not a Nuclear Scientist or Chemist so I need to ask why... Why were the Russian’s so hell bent on our Uranium ( other than politics, market advantage etc ) ? Is their a technical reason? We have what 1% of the worlds Uranium. why not go after the larger suppliers if you want to corner the market. What am I missing here....

Mr. Sessions? Either prosecute or get out of the way of a congressional-ly-appointed special prosecutor.

Would like to say that I agree with your prediction.

However last I looked Jeff Sessions a day after making it look like he would look into this somehow, seemed to reverse himself saying there wasn’t enough evidence against Hillary with Uranium One, the very next day.

With McCabe and Rosenstein involved, how does this get properly investigated and brought forward?

The FBI can find a Uranium One confession letter with a Clinton Foundation header written in Seth Rich’s blood with Hillary’s signature on it...and they still wouldn’t find it sufficient to launch an investigation.

It wasn’t the US uranium the Russians wanted, although it was a nice bonus. Uranium One, a Canadian company, had, with the help of Bill Clinton, secured large uranium mines in Kazakhstan, and that’s what the Russians really wanted.

From: http://dailycaller.com/2015/05/05/clinton-cash-flashback-the-clintons-pressured-kazakhs-to-ok-uranium-deal/

"But the deal was secured in Sept. 2005 after Giustra and Clinton flew to Kazakhstan on Giustra’s private jet. There, Clinton met with Kazakhstan’s president, Nursultan Nazarbayev. Clinton spoke glowingly in public about the authoritarian Nazarbayev, and days later, the uranium deal was approved."

Is this treasonous act akin to Clinton's Loral China missile MIRV technology treason?
