She was most likely trying to shove Islam down her students' throats and the parents weren't having it.

What was intended to be an educational presentation about Islam turned into a controversy when threatening comments prompted school officials to cancel the event. Happens all across the country at colleges and universities to conservative speakers. Except the "media" refer those cancellations to "complaints" instead of threats.

Was this to be followed by a priest who would explain Catholicism? Or a minister who would lecture on one of the Protestant faiths? How about a rabbi to educate the kiddies on Judaism? Maybe a guru or a Daoist or a Sikh?
