I would think it’s only the guys in high school who do that. It’s pretty juvenile. I’m sure older men might have their “locker room talk” about such things but surely most of them wouldn’t think of sharing it with the general public!
I’m guessing he’s being sarcastic about the current hysteria and getting out ahead of the game by openly admitting he’s got around. However, his consensual sexual escapades has nothing to do with the current allegations.
