When seconds count, the cops are just a microphone away. And they’re sitting in an office, with headphones, trying to decipher, “was that a good scream or a bad scream or an I need help, because I’m in trouble scream?” Yeah, I feel safer already.
Any criminal with a brain will have women he knows scream constantly,or record screams and play them,————the sound of a scream will become useless.
