At conception, not at birth. Are they really teaching children that doctors and nurses assign sex in the hospital?
What, do they see what the world needs more of, male or female and the assignment is made? What about the Chinese, are they assigned that way? Cuz they have way too many males in their populations.
Parents should mount a class action law suit, not only on this subject but the entire school education system. The bottom line problem with our education system is the parents, not demanding excellence and suing!
