By the way, did any of this happen while he was a Senator?
I thought they could only do ethics investigation if it was something that happened while in the Senate?
They may have opened up a can of worms they’re going to wish they’d kept the lid on. I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole of congress has skeletons they want to keep buried in this department.
I guess the (lack of)Ethics Committee can decide to investigate anything, but I don’t really see how they can look at either Franken or Moore for events well before Franken being elected or Moore potentially elected to the senate.
Rat and Swamp perverts playing for time to get Moore out and destroyed, while spinning up the Clinton-Rat Bimbo Eruption team to destroy Franken's victims and go back to perversion and Fake News as usual.

I’d say throwing him out of office, would be a good start.

What the h*ll is McConnell thinking? He gave Franken (and the entire Dem party) a HUGE out here. Call for Franken to resign, and you put tremendous pressure on him and the Dems, especially with everything they've said about Moore. All an ethics investigation does is allow Dems to hide behind it -- prepare to see a million variations of "I can't comment on an matter pending before the ethics committee."

The Swamp will retreat and try to roll this back (starting with Franken’s resignation), they know they can’t get into a full-blown nuclear exchange here. They can’t survive it.

Calling for an ethics committee investigation is smoke and mirrors and means nothing from what I understand. They can only really look at what was done after someone is a senator. So, so what if they call for the committee to look at Franken
HRC needs to be LOCKED UP and SWAMP drained completely.!
They’re trying to quiet this as quick as possible. I hope more revelations about more Dem Senators come out.
To bad all of Menendez’s accusers were paid off or who’s livelihood was the oldest profession.
