Re Playboy:

She posed therein with her clothes on in a fitness spread. But what exactly is your argument? Did she forfeit her right to say no?

By that logic, I bet that most of Harvey Weinstein’s victims have appeared in movies either nude or in graphic sex scenes. Thus, they have no right to complain about Harvey groping and assaulting them, do they?

Al is toast.

Again, not to defend the scumbag Franken, and her story about the private tongue kiss in private is a serious charge, but to equate a tasteless attempt at humor that was done in public, and included on a souvenir Photo CD given to everyone on the tour with sexual harassment is to debase sexual harassment.

Of course she did not forfeit her right to say 'no' because she was on the cover of Playboy, but I doubt she was that 'humiliated' by the Franken photo, either.
